Country:ItalyCity:Novara, Via Belletti, 4/DContract Type:RegularDepartment:ITExperience Required:At least 2 yearsMode:HybridVersace is one of the most recognizable names in the world.The luxury House immediately became a leader in fashion and culture following its founding in ****.Versace is led by Emmanuel Gintzburger as CEO and the design team is under the leadership of the Chief Creative Officer, Dario Vitale.Donatella Versace remains the Chief Brand Ambassador for Versace since April 1st, ****.Your Opportunity:With a view to strengthening the IT department, reporting directly tothe Global IT Infrastructure, Data & Technology Manager, asIT Integration Specialistyou will lead and coordinate the implementation of system integrations across business units.You will manage integration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure seamless data flow, and support ongoing system improvements.You will play a critical role in planning, executing, and managing IT integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulations.Your Contribution:Lead the planning and execution of system and application integration projects;Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless data and process integration;Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including best practice and configuration;Identify integration requirements and develop scalable, efficient solutions;Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring they meet contract terms and deliverables;Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure continuous performance and data accuracy;Support cross-functional teams by translating business needs into technical requirements;Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration efficiency and reduce operational risks;Ensure compliance with data security, privacy standards, and company policies;Mentor and guide junior team members on integration standards and methodologies.Your Skills:2/3 years' experience in the role;Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite;Experience in Information Management, System Lifecycle Management, IT Services and Infrastructure;Excellentanalytical and technical skills;Capable of working independently, organized and accurate with solid methodological skills and high attention to details;Strong team player able to reach objectives and work under tight deadlines;Fluent inItalian & good English skills both in speaking and writing;Used to work ina multicultural environment;Experience withintegration platforms such as WebMethods or MuleSoft, familiarity with API-led integration and microservices architecture, and knowledge of data transformation formats like XML and JSON.Diversity and inclusion are integral to Versace's DNA.We promote an inclusive environment where employees and customers from diverse backgrounds are welcomed, valued, and celebrated.We take pride in our commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion, and will continue to uphold these principles wherever we do business.Our doors are open to all.WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER M/D/F
