Dolce & Gabbana, leader in the luxury fashion industry, has exceptional opportunity available in its Beauty Division EMEA team. We are currently looking for a EMEA Business Support Intern who will join the EMEA team based in Milan, directly reporting to the Europe Area Manager. Main Responsibilities Provide operational support to Finance and Business Analysis functions, contributing to economic planning and performance monitoring. Collaborate closely with the European team and maintain strong communication with distributors and partners across 35 countries. Collect, analyze, and organize quantitative and qualitative data, including order forecasts, sales performance, and financial KPIs. Develop and maintain databases to track critical business metrics such as financial performance, distribution coverage, organizational structure, and events. Review and distribute communications to external partners, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with corporate standards. Support marketing initiatives when required, in synergy with financial objectives. Key Requirements & Competencies Degree in Economics, Management, or related fields. Fluent in English. Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Collaborative mindset with ambition and humility.
