Business Process Owner (BPO) - Order Management (Location: Flexible in Europe)At ABB, we help industries outrun leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader we'll give you what you need to make it happen.Growth takes grit, but at ABB you won't run alone.Run what runs the world.This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company.We are entering an exciting new chapter as SoftBank Group plans to acquire ABB Robotics.By joining us, you'll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.Reporting ToCommercial & Pricing Processes and Tools ManagerPosition OverviewWe are looking for a Business Process Owner for the Order process to design and establish our future global order management process and co-lead the development of digital solutions that enable it.This role comes at a unique moment: you will initially join ABB, then transition into the new standalone company following the planned carve-out and ownership change to SoftBank Group.The opportunity is to combine ABB's reach and expertise with the entrepreneurial challenge of building a best-in-class order management process for a new, independent organization.The ideal candidate is located in an EU time zone.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesOwn and define the global Order Management process within the Q2O framework, ensuring governance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.Design end-to-end workflows that optimize order capture, validation, orchestration, and fulfillment, including complex cases like Design-to-Order (DTO) and Requests for Change (RFCs).Collaborate with ERP and orchestration teams to align SAP S/4HANA and digital tools with business and process needs.Translate business requirements into system capabilities, validating enhancements through testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.Drive global adoption and capability building through training, playbooks, expert communities, and data-driven innovation.Qualifications For The RoleBachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or related fields.Proven experience in order management, order-to-cash, or supply chain operations.Strong ERP expertise, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and familiarity with order orchestration and distributed production.Hands-on experience with complex orders, including DTO and RFCs.Demonstrated success in global process design and system implementation within multinational environments.Skilled in translating business needs into system requirements and digital solutions.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training capabilities across functions.Analytical, data-driven, and forward-looking, with passion for digitalization and AI in order orchestration.We value people from different backgrounds.Could this be your story?Apply today or visitabb.comto read more about us and learn about the impact of our solutions across the globe.#J-*****-Ljbffr
