Ricerchiamo un Remote Diagnostics Engineer da inserire all'interno del team Service Customer Support che garantisca il controllo delle attrezzature industriali connesse tramite sistema interno di monitoraggio da remoto al fine di rilevare anomalie, prevenire guasti e migliorare l'affidabilità complessiva degli impianti.In stretta collaborazione con Clienti e team tecnici aziendali, la risorsa si occuperà principalmente di :Analizzare dati operativi e IoT per identificare segnali di guastoRedigere report tecnici e creare raccomandazioni di manutenzioneMonitorare i KPI e fornire supporto ai programmi di manutenzione predittivaPromuovere l'integrazione di nuove tecnologie di monitoraggio in accordo con l'R&D.Il / la candidato / ideale possiede :Laurea Magistrale in IngegneriaEsperienza minima di 3–5 anni nell'After Sales di aziende produttiveCompetenze analitiche e di troubleshootingDisponibilità ad effettuare trasferte worldwidePadronanza della lingua inglese.Completano il profilo : ottime doti relazionali, apertura a lavorare su turni e / o nei week-end.Offriamo :Inquadramento contrattuale commisurato all'esperienza ed alla professionalità maturatecontratto integrativo di secondo livelloflessibilità orariaattenzione al Work life Balance e programmi di welfare aziendaleambiente di lavoro collaborativo e stimolante.Sede di lavoro : S.
