Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroSYR are seeking a prominent & skilled Project Manager to support & lead on some exciting projects in Italy, at a diverse & autonomous shipyardKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all project phases, from initiation to final delivery.Plan and monitor schedules, costs, and resources, ensuring compliance with the assigned budget.Manage and supervise technical activities, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.Ensure all activities comply with quality standards and safety regulations.Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.Identify and promptly resolve issues or unforeseen events that could impact project progress.Prepare technical reports and project documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with company standards.RequirementsDegree in Naval or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the naval or industrial sector.Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and quality standards.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Remote work is not available.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement, Strategy / Planning, and AdministrativeIndustries : Maritime Transportation#J-*****-Ljbffr
