Training & Development CoordinationDevelop and manage the annual training calendar for stores and corporate employees, in line with Regional and Global Talent Management guidelines, with main focus on retail store staff.Organize in-person sessions, workshops, on-the-job training, and coaching activities.Monitor attendance, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.Coordinate with external providers (trainers, agencies, digital platforms) to deliver training initiatives.Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with the global L&D team.Upload content, track completions, generate reports, and ensure a smooth user experience.Support employees in accessing digital learning paths and resolve basic technical issues.3. Collaboration with the Global TeamLocalize and adapt global training materials to meet local needs.Participate in global alignment meetings and support the rollout of new L&D initiatives, like Bata e-University.Provide local insights and feedback to improve global training programs.4. Health & Safety TrainingCoordinate all mandatory Health & Safety training activities in accordance with local regulations.Manage training pathways, deadlines, records, and certifications.Work closely with RSPP, HR, and managers to ensure compliance.Organize both in-person and digital safety training sessions, including emergency procedures, first aid, and fire safety (as required by local law).5.
