Categoria: Industrial / Manufacturing Luogo di lavoro: Foggia Michael Page Italia cerca nr. 1 Quality Manager per importante realtà produttiva del settore alimentare nel foggiano.La figura risponderà direttamente alla Direzione Generale e collaborerà con le funzioni di Produzione, R&D e Commerciale.ResponsabilitàGestire e aggiornare il Sistema Qualità e Sicurezza Alimentare secondo le normative vigenti (ISO ****, BRC, IFS, HACCP).Coordinare le attività di controllo qualità su materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti.Supervisionare audit interni ed esterni, e mantenere i rapporti con enti certificatori e autorità sanitarie.Redigere e aggiornare la documentazione tecnica (manuali, procedure, piani di campionamento, schede tecniche).Analizzare non conformità e definire azioni correttive e preventive.Formare e sensibilizzare il personale sui temi della qualità e della sicurezza alimentare.Collaborare con il reparto produzione per il miglioramento continuo dei processi.RequisitiLaurea in Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari, Biologia, Chimica o discipline affini.Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi nel settore alimentare, preferibilmente nel comparto pasta o cereali.Conoscenza approfondita delle normative HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO ****.Capacità di gestione di audit e ispezioni.Ottime doti organizzative, analitiche e di leadership.Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e buona padronanza della lingua inglese.#J-*****-Ljbffr
