An exciting opportunity has arisen at Haier Europe.The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier's attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and Io T & Ecosystem thinking.A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.What you will doAs Supply Chain Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process.You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.Specifically, you will support the manager in the following activities:Monitor internal material flows;Prepare and monitor KPIs on a daily basis;Support production/packaging planning;Support the direct manager to develop improvement plansWhat you need to succeedStudent or neo graduate in Economics, Management Engineering or similar fieldsFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).Excellent knowledge of Office Package, Excel in particularWe offer an initial 6 months paid internshipThe internship includes a monthly allowance of €800, free access to the company canteen, a company shuttle service from Cascina Gobba (Milan), and the opportunity to work remotely 1–2 days per week.Are you ready to join us?
