Site Manager Where do people love what they do, and being great at what they do?At Swisslog, that's whereOur teams are the heart of a world-leading robotics company that's harnessing the power of technology to shape the future of intralogistics.The result?We're transforming performance and efficiency for customers across the globe, giving them the vital edge in their markets.Responsibilities Make an impact.You are responsible for managing and leading the installation phase at our customer site.You provide operational management oversight and ensures that our customers' expectations are met.This you will manage and coordinate the daily activities in close cooperation with the Project Manager and Integration Manager, aiming to successfully complete the delivery of Swisslog in regards to project completeness at a high level of safety and quality.Your main tasks will be:You will be responsible for the site coordination and management, in close collaboration with several stakeholders, both internal and external.You are managing risks and overcoming issues in different phases of installation.You will provide detailed customer site planning and controlling regarding installation and commissioning.You will be supporting site tests of basic functions as well as supporting sub-contractor acceptance tests together with the Project Manager and Integration Manager.One of your key tasks will be to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with agreements with a strong focus on health and safety, and ensuring the quality standard from all personnel including subcontractors.Application Requirements Site management experience and/or commissioning experience.Knowledge and experience regarding Health and Safety regulations.Technical degree in Mechanics/mechatronics or related study field would be considered meritorious.Experience in Project Management would be meritorious as well as technical know-how of manual and/or automated material handling systems.Fluent language skills in Italian and English.French language skills would be considered a plus.The successful candidate is result-oriented, sets challenging goals and produces high quality work and results under pressure.It is important to be able to manage risks, communicate openly, be able to delegate and take clear decisions.You enjoy working with people and establish effective work relationships across boundaries.#J-*****-Ljbffr
