Content Production Project Manager

Serviceplan Italy is looking for aContent Production Project Managerto take full ownership of content production for astrategic international client.This is a senioroperational leadership role within the client project.The mission is simple but critical:turn creative ideas into high-quality, scalable content delivered on time, on budget, and across all channels and markets.The RoleAs Content Production Project Manager, you are responsible forhow content gets produced and delivered.You sit at the intersection of creativity, operations, technology, and client service.You act as the single operational ownerwithin the agency teamfor the client's content production ecosystem.You coordinate creative teams, local and offshore production teams, and technology partners to ensure smooth execution.You are theguarantor of delivery quality, budget control, timelines, and coordination.This role requires a strong understanding of creative projects, combined with an operational mindset focused on structure, efficiency, and scalability.What You Will DoYou lead end-to-end content production, from planning and adaptation to localization and delivery.You structure workflows, manage priorities, and ensure production runs efficiently at scale.You oversee DTC design and content asset production, including banners, videos, and digital assets.You manage international and offshore production setups and act as the main point of contact for the client on all production-related topics.You continuously improve the production model by leveraging modern project management tools and by integrating automation and AI into workflows.Who We Are Looking ForYou have strong experience in content production or agency operations, combined with 5 to 10 years of experience in digital transformation.You are comfortable working in international environments and managing offshore or nearshore production teams.You understand creative workflows and know how to translate ideas intoscalable execution.You areperfectly bilingual in English (UK) and Italian, based in Milan, and comfortable working fully on-site.You have exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally, a strong client-service mindset, and a natural tendency to be solution-oriented and accountable.Required Experience5–10 yearsin content production, agency operations, or delivery roles5–10 years of experience in digital transformationProven experience ininternational environmentsStrong experience managingoffshore / nearshore production teamsSolid background inDTC design and content asset production(banners, video, digital assets)Why This Role MattersYou will be responsible forthe quality, efficiency, and reliability of content deliveryfor a strategic client.Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, operational performance, and the long-term success of the Content Factory.Who This Role Is ForThis role is for someone who:Understandscreative projects, but thinks like anoperations leaderIs comfortable managing complexity, volume, and international setupsEnjoys structuring, coordinating, and optimizing productionTakes full ownership and accountabilityActs as asolution-oriented partnerfor the clientTools, AI & Digital SkillsStrong knowledge ofproject management and production tools(Workfront, Click Up, Jira, DAM, CMS)Functional and technical understanding ofAI applied to content productionLanguage & LocationPerfectly bilingual: English (UK) & ItalianBased in Milan – on-site onlyProfile & MindsetFully accountable forquality, budget, coordination, and deliveryExceptional communication skills (internal & external)Strong client-service mindset, solution-orientedStructured, pragmatic, and hands-on
