Job Description:We are hiring a Junior Onsite Support Engineer to join our team in Italy.This role focuses on delivering onsite technical support to ensure the operational success of our clients' IT systems and networks.ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite support for hardware (PCs, servers), software, and network issues.Install and configure IT equipment and assist with network setups (LAN, Wi-Fi).Perform basic troubleshooting for network connectivity (TCP/IP, DHCP).Support maintenance of Cisco/Huawei/H3C/HPE network devices with senior team guidance.Train end-users on basic system usage and document support activities.Escalate technical issues to higher-level support and coordinate with other departments.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.0-2 years of IT support or network-related experience (internships acceptable).Basic understanding of networking (e.g., switches, routers) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA/CCNP are a plus.Proficiency in English (B2 level); Italian fluency (B2 or higher) is strongly preferred.Valid driver's license and readiness to visit client sites across Italy.Proactive attitude, with strong communication and teamwork skills.Why Join Us?Kickstart your IT career with hands-on experience.Competitive salary (approx. €30,000-€40,000/year) and growth opportunities.Work in a supportive, innovative team environment.How to ApplySend your CV and cover letter to Jobs @ febsys.co.uk with the subject "Junior Onsite Support Engineer – Italy."#J-*****-Ljbffr
