Serialization Support Engineer – Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) – Florence (Sesto Fiorentino)TCS is looking for a Serialization Support Engineer in Florence to support one of our top clients in the Life Science global market.With a large digital transformation already starting in the Group, we aim to implement and integrate new complex interfaces, upgrade their systems and technical tools.The main job purpose is to develop and support a global, repeatable, and logical process to effectively resolve any issues arising from the installation and subsequent operation of Serialization hardware components in packaging operations.The role is based on the client's premises in Sesto Fiorentino and is organized with a Hybrid work environment and a shift schedule: a morning shift and an afternoon shift Monday to Friday, and a week of night shifts once a month (on-call availability).Responsibilities for the role:Provide support to Serialization execution System.Coordinate with remote teams in Automation/software qualification and software validation activities and provide assistance to the Serialization support team to manage serialized lines.Maintain and update procedures as required.Formally investigate support issues, communicate with impacted stakeholders, vendor, proactively resolve/close the issue, and update appropriate knowledge management records.Requirements:Italian and English communication proficiency.Experience providing Automation support to pharma manufacturing/packaging systems.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to troubleshoot SCADA software/hardware issues and provide timely resolution.Advantages:Understanding of Pharma Serialization.Knowledge of Automation control systems and automation software.Why choose TATA?TCS is a company leader in the Consultancy Services sector, and our primary goal is to grow, offering stability and possibilities to all our employees.Our offer includes:Multinational work environment.Permanent contract.Competitive offer and benefits.Flexible and agile work environment.By applying to this job, you authorize the processing of personal data contained in your CV pursuant to Legislative Decree ******** and EU Regulation ******** (GDPR) for personnel selection purposes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
