Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experienceWe provide the tools and training to bolster your hospitality career goals.If you are seeking an overnight position with a team of true professionals, apply todayResponsibilitiesBe able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentEnsure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the propertyDelegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as requiredPrepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel managementPerform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requiredAudit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentagesQualificationsMust be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this positionMust be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shiftPlease only apply if you meet each of these criteriaMust be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonusPrevious hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not requiredExcellent customer service and communication skills are requiredSome college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is requiredOvernight shift; requires flexible hoursCompensation$14 - $***** hourlyAbout Tru by Hilton FlorenceFounded in ****, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 20 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding guest expectations.We've earned a reputation as one of the premier hotel development and management firms in the region by combining high operational standards with a streamlined, scalable business model .Through strategic management agreements, we oversee hiring, training, and leadership for teams across the Ohio Valley and beyond.Our portfolio includes strong partnerships with the nation's top hotel brands—Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt—reflecting our commitment to quality and consistency.At Rolling Hills Hospitality, we live by the principle:"If we take care of our employees, then our employees will take care of our guests."We strive to create a fun, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment, positioning our team for long-term success and excitement in the hospitality industry.#J-*****-Ljbffr
