Per un'azienda leader nella produzione di macchine utensili siamo alla ricerca di un Team Leader che riporterà direttamente al Service Manager.La persona ricercata avrà un ruolo manageriale e si occuperà nello specifico della gestione di un team di ***** tecnici.Attività principali:- Coordinamento del team: monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento degli interventi di assistenza tecnica nel rispetto delle tempistiche concordate; - Supervisione tecnica edella sicurezza: verifica della corretta applicazione delle procedure e delle norme di sicurezza; - Gestione del rapporto con il cliente: interfaccia diretta per la gestione di reclami, con raccolta di feedback; - Reportistica e analisidelle performance: redazione di report settimanali e mensili sulle attività del reparto; monitoraggio dei principali KPI e condivisione dei dati con il Sales Manager a supporto delle analisi strategiche; - Formazione e sviluppo delle risorse: inserimento e affiancamento delle nuove risorse, nonché formazione continua del team; - Miglioramento continuo: implementazione di miglioramenti tecnici e operativi, collaborando con gli altri team leader per l'uniformazione delle procedure.Competenze richieste:- Formazione tecnica superiore e/o laurea; - Capacità di eseguire interventi di riparazione tecniche meccaniche e elettriche; - Conoscenza base di reti TCP / IP; - Conoscenza lingua inglese o tedesca; - Completano il profilo: competenze di leadership, orientamento al cliente, capacità di analisi dei problemi, capacità di comunicazione.Luogo di lavoro: Milano
