AYES è una società di consulenza ingegneristica che supporta i propri clienti con competenze di alto livello in diversi settori industriali (aerospaziale, difesa, ferroviario, medicale, ecc.).Per rafforzare il nostro Sistema di Gestione della Qualità (QMS) e sostenere la nostra crescita, siamo alla ricerca di un / una Quality Engineer / Officer motivato / a da inserire nel nostro team a Milano (saranno prese in considerazione anche candidature per Torino).In qualità di Quality Engineer / Officer, lavorerai a stretto contatto con il Direttore Qualità (con sede in Francia), nonché con i dirigenti AYES, i Business Manager, il personale HR e i recruiter, oltre che con i clienti, per garantire l'efficacia e il miglioramento continuo del Sistema di Gestione della Qualità di AYES.Il tuo ruolo principale sarà quello di fungere da referente del Sistema di Gestione della Qualità AYES in Italia.Potrai inoltre essere coinvolto / a in alcune attività all'estero, in collaborazione con le filiali internazionali di AYES.Supporto all'implementazione, al mantenimento e al miglioramento del QMS, basato su :Supporto nella preparazione, esecuzione e follow-up degli audit interni ed esterni.Supporto ai Business Manager nella risposta ai requisiti qualità dei clienti, inclusa la compilazione di questionari di omologazione.Monitoraggio della conformità nell'esecuzione delle attività (progetti tecnici) e contributo alle azioni correttive e preventive.Promozione della cultura della qualità all'interno dell'azienda tramite formazione, comunicazione e diffusione delle best practices.Formazione / esperienza nel Quality Management, con conoscenza dei principi della ISO ****.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (requisito obbligatorio).Creare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca#J-*****-Ljbffr
