The Challenge An exciting opportunity has arisen at Haier Europe.The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier's attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking.A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.What you will doAs part of our Accounting team, you will have the opportunity to gain a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process.You will be accountable and have the autonomy to handle your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Post accounting journal entries in SAP in accordance with company procedures- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies- Download financial data and create reports and summaries using Excel- Prepare intercompany service forms and manage the signature process through DocuSign- Support the preparation and circulation of SOX compliance documentation and ensure signatures are collected on time- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting- Assist the finance team in monthly and quarterly closing activities- Maintain accurate and organized records of accounting documentsWhat you need to succeed- Student in Economics, Finance or similar fields- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.We offer an initial 6 months paid internship.800 euro, company computer, meal ticket, smart working.Are you ready to join us?
