OverviewBarilla is seeking a Facility Senior Manager for Region Italy to join the HR team based in Parma.The successful candidate will ensure proper management of Parma offices' facility structures, workspaces and general services, in compliance with applicable laws and according to guidelines defined by Region Italy HR Director.ResponsibilitiesFACILITY MANAGEMENT: Manage services related to Parma offices, with emphasis on property and artworks maintenance/handling activities, in close cooperation with the Global Security Team.PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS: Select external suppliers for canteen and postal services in collaboration with the purchasing department; manage relationships with external providers (canteen, company shop, cleaning, transport, green maintenance, postal services, etc.); manage contracts (specifications) and suppliers (control of services and payments) for each service; manage budget and cost control.EVENTS: Support the organization of Company events with reference to facility-related aspects.OFFICES LAYOUT: Define, with Region Italy HR Director, new layouts to discuss with SHs, Region President, local Chief Officers and Global Facility; oversee renovation of offices/workspaces while ensuring business continuity.RISK MANAGEMENT: Manage the full cycle of RCAs (from preparation to approval and management), orders and payments; cost control and related activities.RequirementsDegree in Engineering or Architecture.Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar roles.Fluency in English and Italian.Analytical skills; budget competencies; negotiation, communication and people-relations skills; stakeholders management.Additional InformationLocation: Parma.Permanent and full-time contract.The role will report to the Region Italy HR Director.At Barilla, we are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where diversity in all its forms is valued and embraced.Our employment policies and practices are designed to ensure equal employment opportunities for all, regardless of age, race, color, citizenship, faith, religion, creed, gender, sex, pregnancy, gender identity or characteristics of expression, sexual orientation, marital status, genetic information, medical condition, protected veteran status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.Our commitment to equal employment stems from our unwavering belief that it is not only the right thing to do, but it is also a fundamental driver of innovation and business success.#J-*****-Ljbffr
