SpecialistaYour roleAs a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.You will engage in face-to-face and remote sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.Deliver sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.QualificationsTo succeed, you will needDegree in engineering / science or technical backgroundVery good level of Italian and EnglishMinimum 2-3 years field sales experience requiredKnowledge in vacuum technology preferredBasic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP preferred)Availability to travelTo be able to work autonomously and in a structured wayTeam work spiritStrong comunication skillsResident in Northest ItalyBenefitsCulture of trust and accountabilityLifelong learning and career growthInnovation powered by peopleComprehensive compensation and benefitsHealth and well-beingJob locationThis role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Vicenza, Padova, Treviso, Venezia, Ferrara, while being associated with our customer center in Italy (IT).Contact informationTalent Acquisition Team: Sandra Stojisavljevic#J-*****-Ljbffr
