Ali Professional, divisione di Ali S.p.A. specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e top management, cerca per un'eccellenza italiana nella produzione di masterbatches e additivi per materie plastiche:CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS OPERATORIl Ruolo:La risorsa, riportando alla Direzione, sarà il punto di raccordo fondamentale tra la produzione, il magazzino e il cliente finale.Non si tratta di una figura puramente esecutiva, ma di un ruolo che richiede una visione d'insieme dell'intero ciclo produttivo (\"Big Picture\"), dall'arrivo della materia prima fino alla spedizione al cliente.Principali Responsabilità:Logistica & Import/Export:Gestione operativa del ricevimento merci e relativo data entry a sistema.Emissione e gestione della documentazione di trasporto nazionale e internazionale (DDT, pratiche Import/Export).Organizzazione spedizioni, gestione prese giornaliere e coordinamento con corrieri espressi e spedizionieri.Supervisione dell'inventario documentale (settimanale e annuale) per garantire la correttezza delle giacenze.Customer Service & Sales Support:Inserimento e gestione degli ordini di vendita a sistema.Interfaccia quotidiana con Clienti e Agenti per aggiornamenti su stato ordini e consegne.Attività di supporto generale e gestione del centralino/accoglienza.Requisiti Tecnici (Hard Skills):Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi (Back Office Commerciale / Logistica / Spedizioni), preferibilmente in aziende produttive.Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese (scritta e parlata) e buona conoscenza dello Spagnolo (requisito preferenziale).Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office e dimestichezza con gestionali aziendali (ERP).L'Offerta:Si offre inserimento diretto in un'azienda solida e dinamica, leader nel proprio settore di riferimento (Agricultural films).Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati all'effettiva esperienza maturata.Sede di lavoro: Milano Ovest / Varese
