Inhouse Corporate Lawyer – Legal & Compliance Reporting Line:Group General CounselLocation:TBD (Corporate HQ / hybrid)Seniority:5–7 years of experienceThe ContextThe Group operates internationally as a manufacturer ofPrinted Circuit Boards (PCBs) in the High-Mix Low-Volumesegment and serves theAerospace & Defence, MedTech and High-Performance Electronicsmarkets.In a phase of growth, integration and progressive global harmonisation, the Legal & Compliance function plays akey role in supporting the Group's development , ensuring alignment of governance frameworks, integrity principles and risk management systems across the Group's legal entities.The RoleThe Inhouse Corporate Lawyer – Legal & Compliance operates in adynamic and evolving international environmentand plays acentral role in the development and evolution of the Group Compliance Program , contributing to its transformation into a modern, effective framework that concretely supports the Group's activities.The role is designed for a professional willing to build and continuously improve processes, tools and organisational structures, introducinginnovative and pragmatic solutions with a direct impacton how the Group operates and grows.The position involvesclose interaction with corporate functions and local teams , with active involvement in projects related to growth, integration and continuous improvement, in a view of compliance as a driver of value, efficiency and sustainability.What You Will DoContribute to the development and evolution of theGroup's governance and compliance framework, working on key policies and procedure s (e.g. Code of Conduct, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, data protection, cybersecurity, trade compliance – sanctions and export control –, antitrust, AML, whistleblowing) and ensuring alignment between Group standards and local requirements.Support the Group Compliance Program as part of a broader legal framework,working closely with the Group General Counsel on risk assessmentsand on the definition of operational solutions supporting the Group's activities.Act as alegal business partner to corporate functions, supporting the management of legal and compliance risksin relationships with third parties and contractual counterparties.Provide cross-functional legal support, including contract review, the issuance of legal opinions on specific matters and contribution to the activities of foreign legal entities.Contribute to the development of the Group's legal and compliance culture, including through training and awareness initiatives, internal communications and active engagement with local teams.Participate incontinuous improvement and digitalisation initiativeswithin the Legal & Compliance function, including post-acquisition integration projects (M&A integration) and the implementation of digital tools and solutions.What We Are Looking ForLaw degree or equivalent academic background.5–7 years of experience inlegal and/or compliance roles , preferably within multinational organisations or international law firms.Solid knowledge of key compliance and governance frameworks .Experience in regulated industries is preferred.Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.How You WorkHigh standards of integrity, professionalism and ethical judgement.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.Appropriate level of autonomy and sound judgement, combined with a proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation.Why This RoleOpportunity to join agrowing, structured multinational organisation .Role with tangible impact within an international and evolving legal and compliance framework.Direct reporting line to the Group General Counseland strong internal visibility.Professional growth opportunities in an international environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
