Join to apply for the Network Administrator role at Keywords StudiosRole OverviewAt Keywords, we are using our passion for games, technology and media to create a global services platform for video games and beyond.Our aim is to become the "go to" provider of technical services.We enable leading content creators and publishers to leverage our expertise and capacity across the lifecycle of interactive content, empowering our clients to remain lean and agile.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all escalated incidents are handled by the team within SLA'sParticipate in Problem management processesEnsure that our Network Operations are reliable, secure, resilient and scalable to support our growing businessOn-time delivery of assigned network infrastructure projectsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancementsCreate and maintain technical documentation on all system designs and configurations, troubleshooting proceduresOversee network security measures and identifies potential risks to ensure sufficient mechanisms are in place to protect systems and dataDesign, deploy, and support LANs, WANs, network appliances, load balancers, routers, switches, and other hardware.Implement best practices and lessons learned from initiatives and projects to optimize future outcomesRequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experienceStrong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, standards, and trendsStrong technical background with 3+ years' experience in a Network Administration role delivering network infrastructure systems, security and supportStrong technical knowledge of network equipment - switches, routers (Cisco, Dell, HP,) & firewallsStrong technical knowledge of organizing WiFi setupsStrong understanding of IPsec VPN setup, site-to-site tunnels, and troubleshootingUnderstanding of all aspects of design and implementation of corporate networking and systems infrastructure, including MPLS, VPN, network connectivity, Internet accessProficiency with switching and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, route maps, Access Control Lists, route redistribution, path selection, and traffic engineeringExperience with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN design and architectureStrong understanding of infrastructure change managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT infrastructure issuesWork with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated issuesMaintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating proceduresDesirable SkillsHands-on experience with firewall configuration, policy management, and troubleshootingExperience with RAS VPN configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting across user devicesExperience integrating GlobalProtect with authentication mechanisms such as LDAP, SAML, and MFABenefitsBonusEmployee Assistance ProgramMeal VoucherWelfare#J-*****-Ljbffr
