Founded in **** in Italy, the Prada Group was built on a tradition of excellence and with a vision of innovation.The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church's, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Product Compliance Specialist to join the Industrial Sustainability Department.The role ensures that raw materials and finished products meet international regulations and Prada Group sustainability standards.It supports quality and environmental responsibility across all product categories—leather goods, footwear, ready-to-wear, accessories and home—while proactively coordinating with internal teams and external laboratories to secure full compliance.RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting regular research and analysis on international regulations to identify any new compliance constraints for the import and commercialization of products; Ensuring the compliance of raw materials and finished products with international regulations and Prada Group's Product Restricted Substances List (PRSL), while effectively managing external analysis laboratories; Use PLM systems to manage testing and the compliance control plan, while performing regular supervisory checks to ensure adherence to established analysis protocols and continuously monitoring the supply chain for compliance verification; Maintaining oversight of analysis laboratories, including the evaluation of reports and managing samples for testing; Providing support to internal teams in understanding and applying compliance protocols, assisting with any technical or methodological queries, implementing corrective actions when needed; Collaborating effectively with departments such as Leather Goods, Footwear, RTW, and Home, as well as liaising with other companies within the Group to synchronize activities and standardize documentation .KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Natural Science or similar 2-3 years of experience in Product Compliance, preferably in Fashion
