Risorse Professional , realtà specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili di middle e top management, per principale realtà di ingegneria operante nel mondo dell'Impiantistica Trattamento Acque ricerchiamo una figura di Maintenance Engineer La figura ricoprirà il ruolo di Project Manager andando a gestire e coordinare la manutenzione degli impianti sul territorio, sarà responsabile della pianificazione, ottimizzazione ed esecuzione delle attività di manutenzione degli impianti e delle attrezzature, al fine di garantire continuità operativa, sicurezza, affidabilità e rispetto degli standard di qualità e costo.Responsabilità principali Pianificare e coordinare le attività di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e correttiva Analizzare guasti e anomalie, individuando le cause radice (Root Cause Analysis) e definendo azioni correttive Migliorare l' affidabilità e la disponibilità degli impianti (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) Collaborare con produzione, qualità e sicurezza per ridurre i fermi macchina Gestire fornitori esterni e contratti di manutenzione Redigere e aggiornare piani di manutenzione, procedure tecniche e report Supportare l'installazione, il collaudo e l'avviamento di nuovi impianti Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e ambientali Utilizzare sistemi CMMS per la gestione degli interventi e dei ricambi Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Industriale o affini Esperienza pregressa in ambito manutenzione industriale (preferibile) Conoscenza di impianti meccanici, elettrici e/o di automazione Capacità di analisi e problem solving Buona conoscenza di strumenti informatici e software di manutenzione Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
