Restaurant/Bar Manager Zona San Siro - Milano Orario: 17:*******:00, 6 giorni su 7 E' richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Tipologia di locale: Business Restaurant Siamo alla ricerca di un Restaurant/Bar Manager per il nostro business restaurant situato in zona San Siro.A diretto riporto del Direttore, la risorsa rappresentera il suo punto di riferimento operativo, supportandolo come figura di fiducia nelle attivita di gestione quotidiana e garantendo il corretto funzionamento del servizio serale.Responsabilita principali Coordinamento delle attivita di sala e bar.Supervisione delle operazioni quotidiane e del personale.Gestione della turnistica del personale.Gestione delle chiusure cassa e dei relativi report.Gestione degli approvvigionamenti cucina e monitoraggio scorte.Accoglienza clienti e garanzia di un'esperienza di servizio eccellente.Controllo degli standard qualitativi e operativi.Risoluzione delle problematiche operative e supporto al team.Requisiti Esperienza nel ruolo di Restaurant/Bar Manager o similare.Ottime capacita organizzative e di leadership.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Disponibilita a lavorare dalle 17 alle 23, 6 giorni su 7.Attitudine al problem solving e forte orientamento al cliente.Cosa offriamo Assunzione a tempo indeterminato Ambiente strutturato e professionale.Possibilita di crescita.Contratto e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza.Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
