Nature and aim of the positionRefund Tax Free Forms at Merchant's La Rinascente Refund Point following Global Blue and Merchant's guidelines and policies.Main duties and responsibilitiesVerify and refund Tax Free Forms to international travellersEnsure a satisfactory experience for our customersPrevent refunding mistakes and fraudPrepare reports as neededObserve Global Blue and Merchant's policies, guidelines and proceduresVerify the accuracy of customer documentation Main KPIsNumber of refunded transactionsRefunding mistake ratio Reporting and collaborationReporting line: Issuing & Refund CoordinatorMainly cooperates with: Background and EducationHelpful: experience in face to face customer contactHelpful: experience in managing tillsHelpful: airport, retail or front office experienceHelpful: customer service experience Specific skills and knowledgeMust be fluent in English.Other helpful languages in order of relevance: Chinese, Portuguese, spanishMust be dedicated to service and customer satisfactionexperienced in using office softwareMust have a clean criminal recordAbility to remain focused and deliver high-quality service during periods of intense customer traffic;Must be nimble but thoroughMust be a good team playerPrevious working experience is a plusAvailability to work according to an organized shift system, as required by operational needs.
