OverviewACF Global Logistics is a leading international Freight Forwarder / NVOCC, IATA agent, Customs Broker, and warehouse provider delivering comprehensive 3PL / 4PL solutions.With a global presence and innovative technology, we specialize in U.S. Customs compliance, ocean and air freight forwarding, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.The RoleWe are seeking for our office in Milan, Italy an experienced Ocean Import / Export Specialist to manage and execute international shipping operations with precision and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesGeneral Ledger Management: Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.Month-End Close: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor and process invoices, payments, and collections to maintain cash flow integrity.Financial Analysis: Support budgeting and forecasting activities; analyze variances and provide actionable insights.Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and company policies; assist with internal and external audits.Reporting: Prepare financial statements and operational reports for management review.What We're Looking ForExperience: Minimum 3 years in ocean, air, and international logistics.Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven with a strong sense of accountability.Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Cargo Wise preferred.Language: Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.Why ACF Global?Industry-leading global logistics solutions.Career growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
