COMPANYFounded in ****, KIKO MILANO is an Italian cosmetics brand operating in the retail sector with a line of cutting-edge makeup and face and body treatments.Thanks to a wide assortment of over 1,200 trend-setting products at competitive prices and a unique store experience, KIKO MILANO has literally rewritten the rules of beauty retail.KIKO MILANO is the leading makeup brand in Italy and among the most prestigious in Europe.YOUR ROLE IN KIKOFor our Milan office, we are looking for a Commercial Assistant & PA Intern.The candidate will work in direct support of KIKO SPA's current Commercial Assistant & PA, playing a key role in optimizing operational processes and coordinating between the headquarters and the sales network.Main activities.Sales & Commercial Support:Preparation of operational documentation (files, procedures, policies), development of support materials, and management of commercial documents.Assistance in coordinating and supporting network operations..HQ–Store Communication Coordination:Managing the information flow between Headquarters and retail stores, gathering feedback and data from locations, and assisting with operational requests..Operational Tool Maintenance:Maintaining and updating shared operational and commercial tools..Reporting:Creating and updating periodic reports to support business performance and decision-making..Store visit:Conducting field visits to assess store operations, review compliance with company procedures, and provide direct support to store teams..Meeting & Call Organization:Scheduling meetings, managing invitations, and coordinating logistics and its related materials..Operational expenses and attendance:Oversight and authorization of company expenses, along with the monitoring of employee attendance..Executive Support:Managing calendar and call scheduling, preparing documentation, and handling travel and hospitality logistics (booking restaurants, hotels, and transportation).QUALIFICATIONS.Bachelor's or Master's degree (Nice to have).English language proficiency (B2 level or higher).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.Flexibility and a strong aptitude for teamworkWE WOULD LOVE IT IF YOU HAD.Active listening.Emotional Intelligence.Openness to a continuous feedback culture.Organizational skills.Precision and attention to detail.Strong communication skillsKIKO is committed to expanding its efforts to ensure Equal Opportunities and pays particular attention to the integration of people with disabilities within the company.All open positions at KIKO are also available to candidates belonging to Protected Categories (under Italian Law *****).Data will be processed exclusively for recruitment purposes.Please read the privacy policy at the following linkhttp://recruiting-italy.kikocosmetics.com/info.pdf
