Adeccois looking for aSupport Engineer IIfor a leading international company in the logistics sector. If you have experience in onsite technical support and want to join an innovative global organization, this is your opportunityWhat You'll DoHandle technical support requests viachat, phone, email, and ticketing system.Diagnose and resolve issues onWindows, Mac, and Linuxsystems.Provide assistance forvideo conferencing systems and AV equipment.Accurately document all interactions.Minimum Requirements3+ years of experiencein onsite IT support (helpdesk or desk-side).Experience withWindows, Mac, and Linuxin a corporate environment.High school diploma.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to quality and multitasking.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree inComputer Scienceor related field.Certifications:Microsoft MCSE/MCITP,ITIL Foundation.Advanced Linux skills.Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex systems.Contract:Full-time, initial 3-month contract with possibility of extensionWorking Hours:40 hours per weekAnnual Salary:€******Language:English C1If you think you are in line and if you are really interested, apply by sending your CV and you will be contacted immediately.
