Team Coordination Leadership Supervise and mentor a team of four people Review team output to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls.2. Month-End Closing Reporting Bank Reconciliation Coordination: oversee the reconciliation process between bank statements and the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are matched and discrepancies are resolved promptly; Perform detailed reviews and reconciliations of Travel Expenses (T E) and Overhead costs.Manage AP Accruals: Calculate and post monthly accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.Lead the AP month-end closing activities to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.3. Process Improvement Audit existing workflows to identify inefficiencies Implement digital solutions or cleaner processes to reduce manual entry and improve data integrity.4.
