- Operatore europeo della mobilità - Esperienza pregressa - noleggio a lungo e breve termineAziendaOperatore europeo della mobilitàOffertaIl Long Term Rental Manager è responsabile della gestione strategica e operativa del servizio di noleggio a lungo termine, garantendo performance commerciali, qualità del servizio e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti.Collabora con team interfunzionali, in primo luogo con l'area di Short Term Rental, per ottimizzare l'offerta, migliorare l'esperienza utente e promuovere le migliori soluzioni di mobilità.Responsabilità principali- Sviluppare e implementare strategie commerciali per il noleggio a lungo termine (B2B e B2C)- Gestire relazioni con clienti corporate, PMI e partner finanziari- Coordinare il team operativo e commerciale dedicato al long term rental- Monitorare KPI di flotta, redditività, retention e customer satisfaction- Collaborare con il reparto marketing per campagne mirate e promozioni- Gestire contratti, pricing, offerte e trattative con fornitori e clienti- Analizzare trend di mercato e proporre innovazioni di prodottoCompetenze ed esperienza- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o affini- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore del noleggio auto, leasing o fleet management- Conoscenza approfondita del mercato automotive e delle dinamiche di mobilità- Ottime capacità negoziali, relazionali e di leadership- Familiarità con strumenti CRM, ERP e piattaforme digitali di gestione flotta- Capacità di gestione di progetti complessi e team multidisciplinari- La conoscenza dell'inglese è considerata un plusCompleta l'offerta- Ambiente dinamico e innovativo- Percorsi di crescita professionale- Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza- Auto aziendale#J-*****-Ljbffr
