SOL Program Manager (REF.R******)StellantisAs the Program Manager for digital platforms within the ICT SMKG organization, the objective is to manage Selling OnLine (SOL) solutions for all brands in Enlarged Europe.You will be responsible for the roadmap and delivery of the features needed to fulfil customer needs and business goals.You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders from design, marketing, and business to ensure successful product development and launch, refine priorities, and lead execution to achieve the desired outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesEffective communication with business stakeholders, responsiveness and proactivity in escalation managementLeadership of external teams, effective communication of priorities and monitoring of the results deliveredStrong experience in e-commerce solutions (Adobe Commerce/AEM) and digital properties, using web technologies, project management and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)Aligning priorities with BusinessCoordinating Product Owner activitiesManaging comprehensive planningCoordinating planning and actions of ICT and business stakeholders involved in the management of the solution, with a focus on end-to-end processes impacted by the solutionManaging resources of suppliers (System integrators, PMs and POs) with available budget as well as providing forecast of costs for all activities plannedManaging Purchase Requests lifecycle ensuring all suppliers get orders and invoicing on time to start and complete activities agreed with business, interacting with ICT PMOs and Purchasing departmentProperly follow Stellantis processes for applications management including Security and ComplianceManage a development team, encouraging team spirit and ensuring everyone collaborates effectively to meet the team's missionQualificationsExperience in product management and agile methodologiesStrong customer-obsessed attitudeAbility to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teamsResults-driven and self-motivatedWritten and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate, build relationships and influence peopleStrong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing resource demandsGood interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationStrong knowledge in web development backgroundExperience in content management solutions, primarily Adobe AEMStrong knowledge of software and content development life cyclesExperience with digital asset management systems integrationsExperience with customer relationship management systems integrationsEducation: Master's degree in Computer Science/Applications/Management or equivalentRequired languages: Italian (fluent) and English (B2 or above)Job DetailsSeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Project Management and Information TechnologyIndustry: Motor Vehicle ManufacturingWe welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, and disability.Diverse teams will allow us to better meet the evolving needs of our customers and care for our future.By submitting your application, you are accepting our privacy notice:
