We're Hiring: Technical Service Specialist (Junior) – Italy Jinko Solar is looking for a Technical Service Specialist (Junior) to join our team in Italy.This position is ideal for a technically oriented professional who enjoys customer interaction and wants to grow in a dynamic, international renewable energy company.About the RoleAs a Technical Service Specialist, you will be a key technical interface between Jinko Solar and our customers, supporting the Sales team with technical expertise, coordinating after-sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across the Italian market.Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to the Sales team during customer meetings and project discussions- Visit clients and project sites to assess technical needs and requirements- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product explanations, and solution proposals- Answer customer technical inquiries and provide related technical documentation- Coordinate after-sales activities to support smooth project execution and customer satisfaction- Deliver product training sessions to customers and partners- Support the organization of technical trainings in coordination with the Sales team-Represent the company at industry exhibitions, roadshows, and distributor eventsMust have:* Degree in Engineering* Preferable experience in technical support, technical service, or customer-facing technical roles* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly* Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities* Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Italian Mother tongue* Willingness to travel within ItalyWhy Join Jinko Solar?* Join a global leader in the solar and renewable energy industry* Work in an international, fast-growing, and innovative environment* Gain exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of the business* Long-term development and career growth opportunitiesInterested in joining us?Apply via Linked In
