Per il nostro cliente, prestigiosa famiglia imprenditoriale, ricerchiamo un Estate & Facilities Manager con solide competenze tecniche e operative, responsabile della gestione quotidiana di immobili di pregio.La figura riporta al Property Manager ed è il presidio operativo e tecnico delle proprietà, con un approccio hands-on, forte presenza sul campo e standard comparabili all'hôtellerie di lusso.Focus del ruoloGarantire il funzionamento impeccabile, la sicurezza, la manutenzione e il miglioramento continuo delle proprietà, assicurando ordine, qualità, efficienza e continuità operativa.Il ruolo prevede una gestione attiva e quotidiana di impianti, lavori, cantieri, fornitori e personale operativo, con standard elevati e attenzione costante al dettaglio.Responsabilità principaliSupervisione tecnica e manutentiva di immobili e impiantiCoordinamento fornitori, manutentori e ditte esterneGestione cantieri, ristrutturazioni e interventi straordinariPianificazione manutenzioni e controllo qualitàSupporto tecnico a budget, preventivi e reportisticaFormazione tecnica (Ingegnere/ Geometra / Perito o equivalente)Esperienza in contesti complessi: hotel di lusso, resort, grandi residenze privateOttima conoscenza impiantistica e gestione cantieriMetodo, affidabilità, leadership operativaMassima riservatezza e disponibilità a trasferte presso le varie proprietàSede di lavoro: residenza stabile in provincia di Monza e/opossibilità "live-in".#J-*****-Ljbffr
