Junior Technical Project Manager (Digital Signage Retail Media)3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsM-Cubeis a leading company inIn-Store Digital Engagement solutions, offering an extensive portfolio of solutions that range from in-store radio to digital signage, interactivity and mobile apps.M-Cube developsinnovative digital solutionsto improve service, engagement, customer retention and communication within theretail industry.M-Cube, established in ****, during the years expanded its range of services with the aim of creating increasingly personalized customer journeys by bringing the advantages of the online world into the physical store.With offices in Italy, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Spain, China and Hong Kong, an operational branch in New York and a consolidated network of global partners, M-Cube currently manages over 50,000 installations around the world for over 400 brands in the Fashion & Luxury, Retail, Finance & Insurance, QSR, Grocery Retail and Automotive sectors.DescriptionM-Cube is looking for a Project Manager to be inserted in the Operations & Delivery area and will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, and executing projects to reach the business goals, being able to motivate the project team for the best quality result.She/He will frequently interact with the target customers to better define, plan and deliver the project/s tasks taking care of internal and external reporting as well.When requested, the new resource, can be committed to support other PM activities basing on the team needs.She/he will also help the organization to set up internal and external meetings like Project Update Meeting, Steering Committee and Project Review.While performing the above-mentioned activities the Project Manager will be expected to report all significant project information into the internal CMR and cloud computing software in order to guarantee the data accuracy for the whole organization which develop itself into an international environment.Main Responsibilities and GoalsDefine the project scope, objectives and schedule, ensuring timely and regular delivery of value.Manage the project start-up, planning, execution and closure, organizing available resources in compliance with time, cost and quality constraints.Coordinate and align the different departments and external partners/subcontractors on the following activities:Scheduling and procurement follow-upPreparation, configuration and shipment of goodsContent production and managementInstallation and handover to the maintenance teamOrganise and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports.Monitor project deliverables and risks, managing non-compliances and escalating critical issues when neededCollect business needs and translate them into internal requirements.Act as a facilitator between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of project goals.Validate tasks and sub-tasks completion, ensuring clear data alignment and proper documentation (equipment, pictures, diagrams).Achieve project targets by respecting foreseen costs, time and quality.Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a customer-oriented approach throughout the project.Guarantee a prompt reaction to non-compliances, restoring the expected level of quality.Ensure proper and exhaustive project handover to the maintenance phase with precise documentation.Required SkillsBachelor's degree or technical diploma with proven experience in project management.Solid project management skills (project scheduling, full project life cycle management).Strong organizational, leadership and team-building skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers.Fluent in English and Italian (both oral and written);
