Sei il nostro nuovo HSE Supervisor per le nostre posizioni aperte sul territorio nazionale (Italia – vari cantieri/impianti) per il settore Oil & Gas/Energia /Infrastrutture/Costruzioni.Egli/ella avrà un ruolo di responsabilità con ampio margine di autonomia operativa.Inserimento in un contesto solido ed orientato alla sostenibilità e all'innovazione.Responsabilità chiavePrincipali responsabilità:Coordinamento delle attività HSE nei cantieri e/o stabilimenti produttiviVerifica e aggiornamento della documentazione (DVR, DUVRI, POS, PSC)Monitorare il rispetto delle normative HSE italiane e delle procedure aziendali nei cantieri e negli impianti.Partecipazione ad audit, ispezioni, riunioni tecniche e indagini su near-miss, incidenti e non conformità, proponendo azioni correttive e preventive;Gestire e monitorare KPI HSE, reportistica e documentazione obbligatoriaGestione delle non conformità e dei piani di miglioramentoCollaborare con HSE Manager, Project Manager e appaltatori per garantire compliance e standard operativiFormazione e sensibilizzazione del personale interno e dei subappaltatoriChi stiamo cercandoLaurea in Ingegneria della Sicurezza, Tecniche della Prevenzione o affini o diploma tecnico in discipline ambientali, ingegneristiche o della sicurezza (Ingegneria Ambientale, Chimica, Industriale o affini).In alternativa comprovata esperienza nella posizione di Supervisore HSEQualifica ASPP (moduli A e B) preferenzialiEsperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito HSE, preferibilmente in contesti quali O&G, cantieriConoscenza approfondita del D.Lgs.*****, ISO *****, ISO *****Buona padronanza di strumenti digitali e software per la gestione HSECapacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari e in ambienti dinamiciBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionaleOttima padronanza della lingua italianaCerchiamo un candidato che abbia...Una figura chiave, chiamata a garantire lapplicazione delle politiche aziendali in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente allinterno dellimpianto di selezione rifiuti.Supporta il Responsabile di Impianto e la Direzione Operativa nel controllo delle condizioni di sicurezza, nella gestione ambientale e nella promozione della cultura della prevenzione.Con buon competenze trasversali quali:Ottime capacità di comunicazione e team-working.Problem solving e proattività.Attitudine all'analisi e alla gestione del rischio.Leadership operativa e capacità di interazione in contesti multi-stakeholderLa sede indicata (Viggiano) si riferisce solo allindirizzo della sede.Queste posizioni sono distribuite su tutto il territorio nazionale e siamo aperti a candidati provenienti da tutta Italia e dallestero#J-*****-Ljbffr
