Operations SpecialistJoin to apply for the Operations Specialist role at volveroAbout The JobAs a startup the environment is changing from day to day, so the tasks differ too.You will help Volvero with key commercial activities to help company growth.You will talk directly to potential partnerships and be in charge of maintaining customer care, as well as support management in core operational activities.The position is offered for a period of 4 months, with a possibility of extension based on performance.Minimum QualificationsBachelor/Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldWorking experience in sales/operationsProfessional proficiency in English and ItalianExcellent communication skillsAttention to detailPreferred QualificationsProven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clientsExperience in Mobility & transportation fieldKnowledge of ESG and other impact assessment tools is a plusIn-depth understanding of market research methods and analysisSolid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processesCommercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindsetExcellent organizational and leadership skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are paramount as the position involves liaising with customers and potential partnersDuties and ResponsibilitiesProviding support in customer onboarding for both business and private clientsManaging app dashboard and ensuring customer profiles meet legal and safety requirementsDeveloping and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growthConducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being metAct to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholdersMonitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior managementAssist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoringApplicationApply by sending your CV to or via the button belowGet notified about new Operational Specialist jobs in Padua, Veneto, Italy .#J-*****-Ljbffr
