La nostra ambizione è proteggere i capolavori dell'umanità e fare in modo che possano essere trasmessi alle generazioni future.Lavoriamo ogni giorno per aiutare i musei a realizzare questa ambizione.Goppion Sp A è leader nel mercato della progettazione, produzione e installazione di teche realizzate su misura per i Musei più prestigiosi al mondo.Riconosciuta per la qualità e l'innovazione delle proprie realizzazioni, Goppion rappresenta un marchio affermato a livello internazionale, che si identifica nei valori di soddisfazione totale del cliente, design customizzato e relazione duratura con i clienti.See more at: rafforzare ulteriormente la propria struttura organizzativa in questa fase di continua espansione, la società intende inserire una/un Plant Assembly Manager che avrà la responsabilità di garantire l'efficiente ed efficace pianificazione e realizzazione dei processi produttivi di pre- assemblaggio attinenti alla realizzazione dei prodotti e delle commesse, nonché la preparazione della spedizione dei materiali necessari ai cantieri presso i clienti.Principali aree di responsabilitàGarantisce la correttae tempestiva pianificazione dei montaggidi pre-assemblaggio presidiando l'intero processo, dal kick-off meeting di montaggio, fino al suo completamento a Gudo.Partecipa all'identificazione delle squadredi montaggio più idoneeper ogni progetto, in coerenzacon le caratteristiche di progetto, al fine di garantire che la squadra di montaggiodal kick-off alla prototipizzazione e montaggiosia in lab che in cantiere sia semprela stessa.In collaborazione con l'Ufficio Acquisti e il Procurement Coordinator, garantisce la disponibilità dei materiali, delle aree di montaggio/incollaggio, del personale e conferma con sufficiente anticipo l'inizio dei montaggi a Gudo.Assicura il trasferimento dei materiali di magazzino alle isole di montaggio, secondo il programma dei lavori e le priorità e segnalando eventuali criticità alle funzioni competenti e se necessario al Responsabile delle Operations.Presidia tempi e costi dei montaggi, assicurando un utilizzo efficiente delle risorse e delle squadre di montaggio.Supporta il Responsabile della Operations nel garantireil valore atteso delle attivitàdi montaggio verificandone l'efficienza in termini di Tempi e Metodi.Assicura l'esecuzione dei test e dei collaudi prima delle spedizioni in cantiere.Stabilisce l'ordine di uscita del materialea magazzino per le varie necessità di installazione nei cantieri e ne dispone il prelievo.Garantisce la preparazione tempestiva dei materialida spedire e la completezza delle "packing-list" abbinate ai materiali.Assicura l'apertura delle non conformità e le segnala al responsabile.Rappresentano pre-requisiti di ruolo:Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Diploma di Perito MeccanicoEsperienza di almeno 6-7 anni nella gestione di progetti tecnici in aziende che operano su commessaCapacità di lettura di elaborati tecnici complessiSolida conoscenza dei processi di pre-assemblaggio meccanico/strutturale.Padronanza di tempi e metodi, pianificazione e logistica interna.Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.Completano il profilo:Buone doti di problem solving operativoApproccio pratico, orientato all'esecuzione e alla responsabilità diretta.Attenzione al dettaglio e rigore organizzativoCapacità di motivare e coordinare squadre operativeAgenzia per il lavoro - Ricerca e Selezione del PersonaleAutorizzazione ANPAL n° ****** del 22/01/2024
