Company DescriptionWith its five product lines of compact hydraulics Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA, with factories in the province of Modena and Reggio Emilia and over 1,300 employees, has been producing and marketing compact hydraulic components for multiple applications for over 40 years, from aerial platforms to cranes, earth-moving machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial applications.What characterizes Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. is the ability to study customized solutions in relation to each specific customer requirement.For this reason, the products of Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. they are synonymous with quality and represent a guarantee for the global market.In industrial hydraulics, Bosch Rexroth is actively shaping the transition from conventional to intelligent and connected hydraulics.This opens up enormous potential for the easy and economical integration of machines and systems into modern industrial environments.Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a centre of global competence for Compact Hydraulic productsJob DescriptionOur machining department is looking for a CNC Programmer.The selected candidate will join the production department and will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing machining programs for 4- and 5-axis horizontal machining centers.Starting from mechanical technical drawings, the resource will ensure the efficiency and quality of production processes, collaborating closely with technical and workshop teams.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop CNC machining programs based on 2D drawings or 3D solid models provided by the engineering department.Understand the characteristics and specific features of the machining centers in the department, using them for testing and program optimisation.Correctly use CNC commands and supervision systems.Perform re-phasing, restarts, and system status checks in case of interruptions or process modifications.Program using ISO language and, preferably, CAM software and Virtual Machine systems.Accurately read and interpret mechanical technical drawings.Define and calculate machining parameters (cutting speeds, feed rates, depths, etc.).Understand tools, materials, and cutting characteristics to identify and select the appropriate tool for each operation.Recognise different types of tools and their machining specifications.Identify and solve tool-related issues, and propose or design new solutions to improve performance, stability, and process quality.Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.Ensure compliance with company safety and quality procedures.Organise work activities independently and accurately, respecting priorities and deadlines.Conduct preliminary studies of machining cycles and optimise machining times.QualificationsProven experience in machining operations on horizontal, vertical, and / or 5-axis CNC machining centres.Excellent knowledge of ISO programming language.Experience with CAM software and Virtual Machine systems is preferred.Experience in dimensional inspection and the use of measuring instruments.Strong knowledge of technical drawings and geometric tolerances (familiarity with Creo / Pro-E systems is a plus).Good knowledge of mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc.).Knowledge of English is an advantage.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Good organisational and self-management abilities.Precision, attention to detail, quality orientation, analytical skills, and problem-solving attitude.Additional InformationBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin or ancestry, age, disability or any other protected class.Want to know how to live #LikeABosch?Moving stories and inspiring interviews.Experience the meaning of "invented for life" by Bosch completely new.Visit our international website./#J-*****-Ljbffr
