Ingenn è lasocietà di Head Huntingunicamente focalizzata nella ricerca e selezione diprofili tecnici e ingegneri.The PartnerRicerchiamo unConstruction Manager Health Careper importante gruppo operante nel settore della sanità privata.The RoleIl candidato si occuperà di migliorare la gestione del patrimonio immobiliare, cercando una risorsa con adeguate competenza tecniche e manageriali che, riportando all'Amministratore Delegato e interfacciandosi con i referenti locali, svolga le seguenti attività:Pianificazione, supervisione e coordinamento delle manutenzioni straordinarie sugli immobili strumentali all'attività operativa, con predisposizione di un Piano di Investimenti Pluriennale;Supervisione delle principali commesse di lavori mediante analisi dei Budget di Commessa, verifica degli Stati Avanzamenti Lavori, scostamenti e riprogrammazioni;Individuazione dei fornitori e subappaltatori mediante analisi dei preventivi e delle offerte economiche ricevute, nonché supporto all'Ufficio Legale ed all'Ufficio Acquisti per la contrattualizzazione;Supervisione del rispetto procedure in materia di salute e sicurezza e D.Lgs *******.Job RequirementsMandatory skills:Costituisce titolo preferenziale possedere una laurea in ingegneria;Esperienza nella gestione immobiliare e manutentiva;Esperienza nella gestione di nuove commesse;Capacità decisionale, leadership, orientamento al risultato;Ottima pianificazione, gestione risorse, controllo costi e qualità.Other InfoLocation:Roma
