Il nostro Partner è un gruppo internazionale strutturato e leader a livello globale, attivo nello sviluppo e nella produzione di soluzioni di automazione di processo per diversi settori applicativi.In ottica di potenziamento della funzione HR, stiamo supportando la ricerca di un/a:PosizioneLa risorsa, inserita all'interno della funzione HR e in coordinamento diretto con l'HR Manager e il management aziendale, avrà un ruolo attivo di supporto al business e delle funzioni, occupandosi in particolare di:Supportare le funzioni aziendali come partner HR di riferimento, traducendo le esigenze organizzative in azioni HR concrete;Gestire i processi di Ricerca e Selezione, garantendo un presidio operativo end-to-end;Curare le attività di Formazione e Sviluppo, predisponendo il piano formativo annuale e coordinandone l'esecuzione;Fornire supporto ai manager nella gestione delle principali tematiche HR soft (onboarding, gestione dei feedback);Promuovere l'utilizzo strutturato degli strumenti e dei processi HR, anche attraverso la piattaforma SAP SuccessFactors;Gestire la reportistica HR richiesta a livello di Gruppo (HC/FTE, sustainability, code of ethics).Laurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche o affini;Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli HR Business Partner o HR Generalist;Solida esperienza in ambito ricerca e selezione e formazione;Buona autonomia nella gestione del ruolo e capacità di interazione con il management;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;Conoscenza di SAP SuccessFactors considerata un plus.Altre informazioniSede di lavoro: Provincia di ModenaL'annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. ********) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall'art.10 del D.Lgs n.********.I candidati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy ai sensi dell'art.13 e art. 14 del Regolamento UE ******** sulla protezione dei dati.Aut.Min.Prot.R.******* del 31/12/2021.Sassuolo, Emilia-Romagna, Italy 1 month ago#J-*****-Ljbffr
