Welcome to Herzum | now part of CatworkxWe are much more than an IT consulting company: we are innovators, pioneers, and partners in excellence.Today, we begin a new chapter as part of the catworkx group — one of the world's leading Atlassian Platinum Partners, with a strong presence across Europe.Founded in Chicago in ****, Herzum has grown into an international organization with offices in Italy, the United States, India, Switzerland, Ecuador, and the United Kingdom.Together with Catworkx, we combine expertise, culture, and vision to deliver solutions that bring innovation, efficiency, and collaboration to companies around the world.We specialize in Agile, DevOps, and team collaboration technologies, helping organizations work better, faster, and more seamlessly.Open Position: Budget and Controlling ManagerTo strengthen our international team, we are looking for a professional with solid experience in Budget Management and Controlling within digital and data-driven environments.The resource will be responsible for cost monitoring and for supporting the economic planning of initiatives in the digital domain, collaborating closely with operational and finance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the budget for digital and data-related initiativesContinuously monitor costs, forecast, and budget vs actual variancesProduce regular reporting and variance analysisUse ServiceNow for activity planning and trackingExtract and validate actuals from SAPSupport project teams with accurate cost allocation and forecastingAct as a point of contact with Finance and PMO for periodic alignmentRequired Skills & Experience4-5 years of experience in Controlling, Budgeting, or Cost MonitoringStrong understanding of Budget Tracking, Cost Control, and ForecastingHands-on experience with ServiceNow for planning and workflow managementGood knowledge of SAP for data extraction and reconciliationExperience in Digital/data-driven environmentsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsLanguage RequirementsItalian: mandatoryEnglish: mandatorySpanish: a plusSoft SkillsHigh attention to detailStrong analytical and reporting skillsAbility to work independently with tight deadlinesExcellent communication and coordination capabilitiesWork mode:Based in Rome, office presence is required for 2-3 days per week.Join UsBecome part of a team driven by innovation, belief in talent, and a commitment to excellence.Your next career step starts here.#J-*****-Ljbffr
