German Business Developer Representative – Google Ads Products Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-time (39 hours/week, Monday–Friday)About the RoleAre you passionate about Google products, digital marketing, and sales?Our client, a global leader in customer experience management and business process outsourcing, is looking for a German Business Developer Representative to join their growing Google Ads team in Barcelona.In this role, you will work with German-speaking businesses, helping them grow through effective online advertising solutions while building strong, long-term client relationships.You will operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your contribution directly impacts customer success and business growth across the EMEA region.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new advertisers through inbound and outbound leadsManage and grow your own portfolio of German-speaking clientsIdentify customer needs and propose tailored Google Ads solutionsOptimize online advertising campaigns to maximize performanceUpsell and cross-sell additional solutions when opportunities ariseConsistently achieve individual and team sales targetsAct as a trusted advisor for clients online marketing strategiesRequirementsBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experienceNative-level German and fluent EnglishMinimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing roleStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsA proactive hunter mindset with confidence in outbound sales callsPassion for sales, technology, and the digital advertising landscapeAbility to manage a diverse portfolio of business modelsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 performance bonusPermanent contractRelocation support3 weeks of intensive onboarding and Google Ads sales trainingOngoing coaching, training, and Google certificationsClear career progression opportunities within the projectReferral program (up to €2,000 per successful referral)Dynamic, international work environmentModern office at the World Trade Center, Barcelona, by the sea#J-*****-Ljbffr
