At Ermenegildo Zegna the talents and passion of our people are the pillars of our success.Which is why we're looking for aJunior Digital MerchandiserinMilanto contribute to our proud legacy and help shape our vibrant future.BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe Junior Digital Merchandiser is responsible for the presentation, organization, and performance of the online product catalog, with the goal of maximizing sales and improving the shopping experience on the brand's e-commerce website.This role ensures that the assortment, product visibility, and merchandising strategies reflect the brand's identity and meet the needs of the end customer.What Makes You, Makes ZegnaThe legacy of Zegna would not exist if it weren't for the unique skills of every person on our team; the makers, masters, designers and doers.Everyone contributes.What Makes Up Your DayIn this role, you will:Manage and optimize the online product catalog (product upload, categorization, descriptions and translations workflow, images, pricing).Work on product enrichment, mapping product attributes and filters.Define and implement the digital visual merchandising strategy, ensuring a brand-consistent experience.Coordinate with Marketing and ECVM for the creation, management, and use of content, ensuring consistency across the website, newsletters, and social media channels.Participate in Buying sessions and contribute to order planning for the channel, based on pre-buy analysis and central merchandising guidelines.Define ad hoc product selections during the season for pages and newsletters to enhance cross-selling.Ensure the quality of the user experience through ongoing checks on content, links, filters, and navigation.Monitor digital trends and best practices in the luxury fashion industry to propose innovations and optimizations for the website.Provide support to local markets and other digital platforms.What Makes You, Makes Our TeamWhen you join Zegna, you join a team, working together to shape the future of our company.For this role, we're looking for someone with:1/2 years of experience in Digital Merchandising, E-commerce, or Retail Buying roles, preferably within the fashion/luxury sector.Good knowledge of major CMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe).Strong aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury retail dynamics.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.Attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and analytical thinking.Fluent English, both spoken and written.What Makes You, Makes Our LegacyErmenegildo Zegna Group is founded on a proud history of craftsmanship and quality dating back to ****, with a vision to ethically create the world's finest textiles.Zegna has since expanded to ready-to-wear, becoming one of Italy's most successful family companies and a global luxury lifestyle brand.Through our vertically-integrated, sheep to shop approach, we strive to create exceptional products without compromising on quality of life for future generations.With over 500 stores and 6,500 employees worldwide, our success is inspired by our founder's pioneering spirit and shaped by the expertise and integrity of every individual at Zegna.#J-*****-Ljbffr
