invite guests to create truly memorable experiences.Role DescriptionAs HR Supervisor , you'll support the Human Resources function by ensuring the smooth daily operation of all HR activities and compliance with company policies and Italian labor law.You'll play a key role in fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture, assisting the HR Manager in all administrative and operational matters related to employees and their experience at San Clemente Palace Venice.Your main responsibilities will include:Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for all hotel departmentsCoordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and assisting with performance management activitiesPreparing HR reports, maintaining personnel files, and updating HR databasesEnsuring compliance with labor regulations, internal procedures, and brand standardsAssisting with payroll preparation and time & attendance trackingPromoting employee engagement through communication initiatives and internal eventsServing as a point of contact for staff inquiries with professionalism and confidentialitySupporting the HR Manager in implementing HR projects and strategic initiativesWhat You're Looking ForPrevious experience in an HR support or supervisory role, ideally within luxury hospitalityStrong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administrative processesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to build trust and maintain confidentiality in a multicultural environmentPositive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion ensuring a supportive, high-performing, and people-centered environment.You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.Your main responsibilities will include:Managing the full recruitment cycle to attract top talent for all hotel departmentsOverseeing onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure continuous growthSupporting department heads with performance management, coaching, and HR best practicesHandling employee relations with professionalism, confidentiality, and careEnsuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policiesManaging payroll coordination and HR administrative processesDeveloping and implementing HR initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and well-beingCoordinating staff housing, benefits, schedules, and employee documentationLeading disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution when neededMaintaining accurate HR records, reports, and systemsSupporting organizational planning and workforce strategyActing as a cultural ambassador, ensuring a positive and inclusive working environmentParticipating in management meetings and supporting cross-department collaborationWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in HR management within luxury hospitality or a similar high-end environmentStrong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsHigh level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligenceAbility to manage sensitive situations with fairness and professionalismStrong organizational and administrative abilitiesProficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office toolsFluent in
