Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Management & Soft Services OversightManage relationships with soft services facilities management vendors (pest control, laundry, maintenance and other soft services)Negotiate contracts and monitor service level agreementsConduct regular performance reviews and ensure compliance with quality standardsCoordinate vendor activities to minimize operational disruption while maintaining cost efficiencyDaily Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day workplace operations ensuring seamless facility functionalityMonitor building systems and coordinate maintenance activitiesManage space utilization and respond to operational issues promptlyMaintain high standards of workplace environment, safety protocols and regulatory complianceServe as primary point of contact for operational escalationsFinancial ManagementDevelop and manage annual budgets for facility operationsTrack expenditures against approved budgets and identify cost optimization opportunitiesProcess invoicing and approve vendor paymentsMaintain accurate financial records and provide regular financial reportingAnalyze variances and recommend corrective actions to senior management and clientsPeople ManagementLead and develop on-site facilities team membersProvide guidance, performance feedback and professional development opportunitiesFoster a collaborative team environment while ensuring accountability for service delivery standardsManage staffing levels and coordinate training programs to maintain operational excellenceService Optimization & Client RelationsContinuously evaluate service delivery processes to identify improvement opportunitiesImplement best practices, streamline workflows and introduce innovative solutionsBuild strong relationships with client stakeholdersRegularly solicit feedback and adapt services to meet evolving client needsEnhance overall client satisfaction through proactive service optimizationRequired QualificationsMinimum 5-7 years managing corporate real estate servicesDemonstrated expertise in facilities management, vendor oversight and client relationship managementPrevious experience supporting account transitions or new client implementations preferredStrong financial acumen with budget development, cost management and financial analysis experienceProficiency in facilities management software, Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting toolsKnowledge of building systems, safety regulations and compliance requirementsProven people-management experience with ability to motivate teams and manage performanceStrong project-management skills coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact effectively with senior executives, vendors and diverse stakeholder groupsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate or related field preferredProfessional certifications in facilities management (CFM, FMP) or project management (PMP) advantageousPreferred QualificationsExperience with large-scale corporate real estate portfolios and multi-vendor management environmentsBackground in change management and process improvement methodologiesKnowledge of sustainability practices and workplace technology trendsResponsabilità PrincipaliGestione struttureMonitorare i sistemi dell'edificio e coordinare le attività di manutenzioneGestire l'utilizzo degli spazi e rispondere prontamente ai problemi operativiMantenere elevati standard dell'ambiente di lavoro, protocolli di sicurezza e conformità normativaFungere da punto di contatto primario per le escalation operativeGestione FinanziariaSviluppare e gestire budget annuali per le operazioni strutturaliTracciare le spese rispetto ai budget approvati e identificare opportunità di ottimizzazione dei costiElaborare fatturazione e approvare pagamenti ai fornitoriMantenere registri clientiEsperienza precedente nel supporto a transizioni di account o implementazioni nuovi clienti preferitaCompetenze Tecniche Solida capacità finanziaria con esperienza nello sviluppo budget,
