Full timeHybridMilan area, Italy Customer Service RepresentativeFor our Customer Service & Demand Management Team, we are looking for a resource (Fixed Term Contract) to join the Customer Service Team; responsible for managing the Back Office activities who will have the opportunity to work on Global Brands such as Tempo®, Nuvenia®, TENA®, and Demak'Up®.About the RoleThis role, reporting to the Customer Service & Demand Manager Italy, entails Master Data (Customers and Materials), claims and pricing data in the assigned area of responsibility securing compliance with Essity strategies and protocols, supporting organization maximizing business results.What You Will DoSetup and maintain pricing data based on agreed processes and standards to ensure highest level of data accuracy and thereby positively influence customer experienceAnalyze and resolve price claims in close collaboration with related Lead2Contract and GBS functionsProactively suggest process adjustments to improve consistency of dataEffectively collaborate with and educate customer facing teams and other specialists in continental teams on pricing setups, systems and tools and impact of pricing on business resultsSetup and maintain Customer Master Data and Material Master Data aligned with internal processes and standards to ensure high level of accuracyWho You AreBachelor Degree in Economics or similar field of studyProven experience in Customer Service or a similar back-office role, ideally in the FMCG IndustryFluent in Italian and EnglishGood analytical skills with deep knowledge of Excel and SAP R3A real Team Player, with good communication skills at different organization levelFast learner with a strong attitude to problem solvingWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.Join us to improve well-being for people and drive positive change for society and the environment.At Essity, you'll feel valued, empowered to grow, and challenged to achieve business results in a collaborative and open atmosphere.Application End Date:21 gen ****Job Requisition ID:Essity******
