BIM Engineer Coordinator – On SiteJoin to apply for theBIM Engineer Coordinator – On Siterole atSYSTRASYSTRA is one of the world's leading engineering and consultancy groups specialising in public transport and sustainable mobility.With over 10,300 employees, SYSTRA's mission is to design safe and sustainable transport solutions to bring people together, develop social inclusion and facilitate access to employment, education and leisure throughout the world.For 65 years, the Group has been working alongside cities and regions to contribute to their development by creating, improving and modernising their infrastructure and transport systems, throughout the life cycle of their projects.SYSTRA is involved from the earliest stages of design through to the testing, deployment and maintenance phases.The company provides all its services in over 80 countries worldwide and generates 74 % of its turnover internationally.With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.ContextWe are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator on site to be assigned to relevant infrastructural projects, supporting our engineering teams.The Main Responsibilities IncludeBIM Management and Coordination: Overseeing the adoption of BIM methodologies in projects, ensuring the quality, consistency, and compatibility of digital models across different teams, and guaranteeing the overall effectiveness of design and construction processes.BIM Model Development and Management: Creating, managing, and updating BIM models, integrating data from various design disciplines, and ensuring that the information is accurate, complete, and easily accessible throughout all phases of the project.Team Training and Support: Providing ongoing training and technical support to team members and external parties involved in the project, ensuring correct understanding and application of BIM methodologies and tools.Technological Innovation: Continuously monitoring the latest trends and technological innovations in the BIM and construction sectors, proposing advanced solutions to optimise workflows and improve final outcomes, enhancing efficiency and the competitiveness of the organisation.Profile/SkillsMaster's degree in engineering.5 years of experience; experience gained in underground transportation projects will be appreciated.Proficiency in English and Italian language (written and spoken).Autodesk BIM Suite proficient users (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Civil 3D).Production and delivery of compliant civil/MEP models.Proactivity in proposing innovative and optimised technical solutions.Strong time management/prioritization skills.Excellent attention to detail.Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM.High level communication and reporting skills.Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.Legislative Decree ******** (Code of Equal Opportunities between Men and Women) is the current legislation.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information Technology#J-*****-Ljbffr
