Overview Pulsbio is a fast-growing international trading company in organic commodities such as pulses, nuts, seeds, grains and ingredients.With warehouses and partners across Europe and direct sourcing from thousands of farmers, we are building a highly efficient, transparent and scalable supply chain.We are looking for a Supply Specialist with strong experience in Odoo ERP.RolePosition: Supply Specialist (with Odoo ERP Experience)Location: Amsterdam / InternationalEmployer: Pulsbio BVEmployment: Full-timePulsbio is a fast-growing international trading company in organic commodities such as pulses, nuts, seeds, grains and ingredients.With warehouses and partners across Europe and direct sourcing from thousands of farmers, we are building a highly efficient, transparent and scalable supply chain.To strengthen and professionalize our operations, we are looking for a Supply Specialist with strong experience in Odoo ERP.ResponsibilitiesAs Supply Specialist, you are the operational backbone between purchasing, logistics, inventory and sales inside Odoo.You make sure that every movement in the physical supply chain is perfectly reflected in the system.Managing and optimizing supply chain processes in OdooSetting up and maintaining: Purchase OrdersStock movements & lot/batch trackingInbound and outbound logisticsTransport ordersWarehouse flowsMonitoring stock levels and ensuring full traceability (BIO compliance)Controlling and linking: Purchase invoicesTransport costsWarehouse costsReducing manual work through smarter workflowsImproving reporting on: MarginsStock valuationOpen positionsWorking closely with: Purchasing, Warehouses, Freight forwarders, Finance, Quality & certification teamsQualifications / What We Seek2–3+ years experience in supply chain, logistics or operationsStrong experience with Odoo ERP (or similar ERP: SAP, Netsuite, Dynamics)Solid understanding of: Inventory managementInternational logistics (containers, Incoterms)Batch & lot traceabilityHighly structured, analytical and process-drivenExperience in food, agriculture or commodities is a strong plusFluent in English (Dutch or Italian is a bonus)What We OfferA key role in a fast-growing international scale-upDirect impact on efficiency, margins and scalabilityEntrepreneurial environment with short decision linesCompetitive salary and growth opportunitiesThe chance to shape how Odoo is used strategically across the companyInternational exposure to European supply chains and container logisticsWhy This Role Is UniqueAt Pulsbio you are not just "using" an ERP system.You are building it.You will help design the operational backbone of a company that is scaling towards €20M–€50M turnover.Your work directly influences profitability, control and growth.Vacancy: Supply Specialist with Odoo ERP Experience – Terni, Umbria, ITALY#J-*****-Ljbffr
