In this role, you will develop hardware and software test solutions for ICs and module boards within the Sustainable Automation unit in Milan.You will work with cross-functional teams to validate, characterize, and industrialize products for harsh industrial environments, driving testability, reliability, and performance.You'll gain hands-on experience across circuit, component, and system levels while contributing to ADI's Intelligent Edge initiatives.This position offers exposure to multiple technologies and impactful silicon solutions that address global industrial needs.ResponsibilitiesInterpret product and end-application needs with the Product Development Team to define Design for Test inputsSupport pre-silicon verification through hardware prototyping and software simulationsCreate test plans/procedures ensuring testability, reliability and performanceDevelop hardware/software test solutions to characterize products using Automated Test Systems (ATE)Hands-on ATE debugging to validate new products and feed feedback to designIdentify silicon/module shortcomings and drive root-cause investigations with timely workaroundsAnalyze measurement data statistically and present detailed performance reportsCollaborate with Design Evaluation and Applications Engineers to correlate bench and ATE resultsAssist in test time optimization to meet cost targetsTravel up to 10%QualificationsBachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) with 4+ years in test development, silicon evaluation, or related rolesExperience in PCB in-circuit and functional test (plus)Practical PCB test board design and layout knowledgeExperience with mixed-signal design, data gathering/analysisScripting experience (Python, Matlab)Strong problem-solving and initiative; ability to work independently#J-*****-Ljbffr
