Consulente Adecco ricerca per importante Azienda cliente operante nel settore metalmeccanico un / una SAP Support.La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team IT e supporterà il Sistemista SAP nella gestione, manutenzione e monitoraggio dei sistemi SAP aziendali.Il ruolo prevede attività operative di assistenza tecnica, supporto agli utenti e collaborazione nei progetti di miglioramento dei sistemi informativi.Responsabilità principaliSupportare il team IT nella gestione quotidiana dei sistemi SAP, contribuendo al corretto funzionamento dell'infrastruttura.Fornire supporto di primo livello agli utenti SAP per la risoluzione di problematiche tecniche e di accesso.Monitorare le prestazioni dei sistemi SAP e segnalare eventuali anomalie al sistemista di riferimento.Collaborare alle attività di manutenzione, aggiornamento e backup dei sistemi SAP e dei server collegati.Gestire i ticket IT relativi a problemi hardware, software o di rete che impattano sull'utilizzo di SAP.Affiancare il Sistemista SAP durante le attività di installazione, configurazione e test di nuovi ambienti o componenti del sistema.Contribuire alla documentazione delle procedure operative e alla creazione di guide per gli utenti aziendali.Partecipare alla formazione interna sugli strumenti SAP e alle attività di miglioramento continuo dei processi informatici.Competenze tecniche richiesteConoscenza base dei sistemi informativi gestionali (preferibilmente SAP).Familiarità con database relazionali (SQL) e principi di backup e sicurezza.Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B1).Requisiti richiestiDiploma tecnico o Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini.2 o 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo.Passione per la tecnologia e interesse verso i sistemi gestionali SAP.Flessibilità operativa e gestione dello stress in ambienti dinamici.Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in teamDisponibile per 15/02/2026 in zona Gazzuolo (MN).Inquadramento e retribuzione verranno valutati in base all'esperienza del candidato.Disponibilità oraria: Full Time.Luogo di lavoro: Gazzuolo (Mantova).#J-*****-Ljbffr
